British System

  • International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), or General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE), or General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE O Level)
  • Grade results A*-C on 5 different subjects + transcript
  • General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE A Level) with grade results A*-E on at least 3 different subjects + transcript

IB Diploma

  • International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) or;
  • International Baccalaureate Diploma or;
  • IB Diploma Course Results (IBCR) 
  • With not less than grade 3 on at least 5 different subjects

Note: Applicants must have completed or presently be enrolled in their final year of high school, or its equivalent levels according to the condition set by Chulalongkorn University.

Standardised & English Test Result

Applicants must submit all of the following three required documents in which at least 2 out of 3 score results must meet the requirements.

2.1 One of the following English Proficiency Test Scores

  • TOEFL (Paper-based) ⩾ 550 or
  • TOEFL (Internet-based) ⩾ 79 or
  • IELTS Academic ⩾ 6.0 or
  • SAT (Evidence-Based Reading and Writing) ⩾ 500 or
  • CU-TEP (Chulalongkorn University Test of English Proficiency)⩾ 80

2.2 One of the following Mathematics Test Scores:

  • CU-AAT (Chulalongkorn University Academic Aptitude Test, Math Section)⩾ 450 or
  • SAT (Math)⩾ 490 or
  • SAT II (Subject Test) (Math Level 2)⩾ 600

2.3 One of the following Science Proficiency Test Scores:

  • CU-ATS (Aptitude Test for Science of Chulalongkorn University, Chemistry)⩾ 380 or

  • SAT II Subject Test (Chemistry)⩾ 560
