Round 1 Portfolio

Academics

  • Applicants must have completed or be presently enrolled in their final year of secondary school, the equivalent of Mathayom 6 or its equivalent high school level.
  • Applicants must have successfully completed at least 4 semesters of secondary school (or equivalent results such as GCE, GCSE, IGCSE, IB or GED).

 

  • GCSE/IGCSE or GCE “O” level results must not be lower than “B” in 3 subjects
  • Cambridge Pre-U results must on be lower than M1 or D1-D3 in 3 subjects
  • IB Diploma candidates must achieve at least 24 points in 5 subjects and 1 elective, and passed the evaluation from ToK, EE, and CAS or Hold a IBCR in 5 subjects with minimum score of 3 in each subject
  • Old GED results must be at least 3,000 points, combining all 5 different subjects taken, and the score for each subject must be more than 550.
  • New GED results must be at least 660 points, combining all 4 different subjects taken, and the score for each subject must be more than 165.
  • New Zealand results must be equivalent to an average of 2.75 according to the calculation of NZQA. 

 

  • Applicants whose school has not calculated GPAX must submit a transcript and/or other documents stating that their school-records are equivalent to a GPA of 3.00 on the application submission date.
  • The study abroad results must be “PASS” in every subject and GPAX of secondary school must not be lower than 3.00.
  • Applicants who are studying in high-school or international school in Thailand must have successfully completed at least 4 semesters of secondary school with a minimum GPA of 3.00

English Language Requirement

Applicants must have one of the following English proficiency test results:

  • TOEFL – 80 (internet-based)
  • IELTS – 6.5
  • TU-GET PBT 550 (Thammasat University English Test)
  • TU-GET CBT 70
  • Old SAT (Critical Reading) – 400
  • New SAT (Evidence-Based Reading and Writing) – 400

  • GCSE/IGCSE or GCE “O” level results must not be lower than “C” in 3 subjects
  • Cambridge Pre-U results must on be lower than M1 or D1-D3 in 3 subjects
  • IB Diploma candidates must achieve at least 24 points in 5 subjects and 1 elective, and passed the evaluation from ToK, EE, and CAS or Hold a IBCR in 5 subjects with minimum score of 3 in each subject
  • Old GED results must be at least 2,250 points, combining all 5 different subjects taken, and the score for each subject must be more than 410.
