A-Level is split into two parts, usually taken over two years:

• AS Level (Advanced Subsidiary): Taken in Year 12, covering the first half of the syllabus.
• A2 Level: Taken in Year 13, completing the full A-Level qualification.

You can take AS Level as a standalone qualification, but most universities require the full A-Level (AS + A2) for admission.

A-Level exams are held in May/June and October/November each year. Most students sit for AS Level in Year 12 and A2 Level in Year 13.

เรียน A-Level ควรได้เกรดอะไร?

สำหรับ AS/A-Level นั้นน้องๆควรจะสอบให้ได้เกรด C ขึ้นไป ตัวผล A-Level นั้นมหาวิทยาลัยส่วนใหญ่จะมีเกณฑ์ในการรับนักเรียนเข้าศึกษาไม่เหมือนกัน ดังนั้นหากน้องได้เกรดดีในระดับ A* หรือ A ก็จะเพิ่มตัวเลือกในการยื่นศึกษาต่อมหาวิทยาลัยระดับท็อปเช่นกัน

The standard registration fee for A-Level examinations typically ranges from THB 6,226 to THB 9,190 per subject, depending on the subject chosen.
Please note that late registration will incur an additional Late Entry fee. (Fees are based on rates published by the British Council. Fees at other institutions such as Harrow may be slightly higher.)

ค่าสมัครสอบ A-Level​ เท่าไหร่

The difficulty level of A-Level exam papers may vary each year depending on the curriculum. To ensure fairness for all candidates, scores are determined using Grade Boundaries, which are adjusted annually. A Grade Boundary refers to the minimum raw score a student must achieve in a given exam session to receive a particular grade (e.g. A*, A, B). These boundaries are set based on statistical analysis and expert review of exam performance across the cohort.

*Scores are not based solely on raw marks, but are adjusted to reflect fairness across different exam sessions.

After students complete their exams, the papers are marked by Cambridge Examiners. Multiple-choice sections are assessed by computer, while written responses from selected candidates are reviewed by a team of Experienced Senior Examiners. These selected scripts are used to set the marking standard for that exam session, following the official Mark Scheme.

Once the standard is established, all remaining scripts are marked accordingly to determine each candidate’s raw score. These raw scores are then analyzed in conjunction with statistical data to determine the final Grade Boundaries for that year. This process takes into account various factors, including the overall difficulty of the paper and the performance of the entire candidate group.

Finally, the raw score of each student is compared against the Grade Boundaries to determine the final grade.

การคำนวณคะแนนของ A-Level ​
